On April 21st 2011, Dr. Amartya Sen visited UBC for the celebration of ISGP’s 40th Anniversary as a program. Dr. Sen delivered a lecture on Interdisciplinarity as the keynote speaker in ISGP’s 40th Anniversary lecture series and received an honorary degree from the University.
