Master of Health in Leadership and Policy in Seniors Care, University of British Columbia, 2017
After I graduated from the Master of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP) program in 2017, I received academic training in nursing, sociology, and public health. In 2022, I joined Dr. Lillian Hung’s Innovation in Dementia and Aging (IDEA) Lab. Since then, I have been the knowledge translation lead for the lab and project manager for different types of technology implementation in dementia care. My knowledge and research experiences in Patient-Oriented Research (POR) have been significantly strengthened.
Supervised by Dr. Lillian Hung at the School of Nursing and Dr. Ben Mortenson at Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, I am interested in hospital staff engagement in technology implementation in dementia care delivery for older adults with dementia.
